Road Wisdom: Date and Time in Ethiopia

In some African countries such as Tanzania and Ethiopia, people count the hours from dawn to dusk.  Hence, 6:00 am EAT (East African Time) equals 0:00 in Daylight Hours. It is important to keep this in mind when making appointments. So beware when buying a bus ticket!
